| 为解决悬臂螺栓连接梁中螺栓布局及预紧扭矩松驰的问题,课题组建立了3种不同螺栓布局的有限元模型,通过静力学分析和频率响应函数研究了不同布局对连接梁压力耦合、固有频率和刚度的影响,并选出最优布局结构。基于此结构,针对悬臂螺栓连接梁预紧扭矩松弛开展了有限元静力学分析和扫频实验,研究了螺栓不同松动程度、数量和位置对连接梁固有频率和刚度的影响。结果表明:螺栓均匀布置于结合面上更为合理;预紧扭矩松弛的实验与有限元分析显示悬臂螺栓连接梁螺栓松动数量越多、螺栓位置离固定端越远,对结构固有频率和刚度的影响越显著。本研究为悬臂螺栓连接梁优化设计和失效监测提供了依据。 |

| In order to solve the problem of bolt layout and preload torque relaxation in cantilever bolt joint beam, the research group established three finite element models of different bolt layouts, studied the influence of different layout on the pressure coupling, natural frequency and stiffness of joint beam through static analysis and frequency response function, and selected the optimal layout structure of joint beam. Based on this structure, finite element static analysis and frequency sweep experiments for preload torque relaxation in cantilever bolt joint beam were carried out to study the effects of loosening degree, number and position of bolt on the natural frequency and stiffness of beam. The results show that it is more reasonable to arrange bolts evenly on the joint surface. The experiment and finite element analysis of preload torque relaxation show that the more number of bolts loosening in the cantilever bolt joint beam and the farther between bolt position and fixed end, the more significant influence on natural frequency and stiffness of the structure. This study provides a basis for optimal design and failure monitoring of cantilever bolt joint beam. |
