| 为了探究塑化聚氯乙烯(Polyvinyl Chloride,PVC)凝胶驱动器的击穿场强,课题组制备了一种圆形PVC凝胶驱动器,该驱动器采用 “三明治”结构,上、下两侧中心区域电极完全对称。通过控制变量法研究了在不同湿度和不同预拉伸倍率下,PVC凝胶驱动器在电场作用下的击穿场强;并进一步研究了在不同预拉伸倍率下,驱动器的形变率与击穿场强之间的关系。结果表明:圆形PVC凝胶驱动器的击穿场强受湿度影响较小,但随着预拉伸倍率的增大而增大;同时在电场的影响下,其形变率会随着预拉伸倍率的增大呈现出先增大后减小的趋势。 |

| In order to explore the breakthrough field strength of plasticizing Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) gel actuator, the group prepared a circular PVC gel actuator, which adopts a "sandwich" structure, with perfectly symmetrical electrodes in the central region of the upper and lower sides. The breakthrough field strength of PVC gel actuator under electric field at different humidity and pre stretching ratios was investigated by the control variable method. The relationship between the actuator deformation rate and the breakthrough field strength was further investigated at different pre stretching ratios. The results show that the breakthrough field strength of the circular PVC gel actuator is less affected by humidity, but increases with the increase of the pre stretching ratio. At the same time, under the influence of the electric field, deformation rate of circular PVC gel actuator would show a tendency to increase firstly and then decrease with the increase of the pre stretching ratio. |
