| 针对电火花数控系统硬件平台集成度较低、可扩展与兼容性差和多轴控制实时性能有待提高等问题,课题组采用实时性能良好的EtherCAT协议,设计开发了基于“ARM+FPAG+ECM XF”的嵌入式电火花加工机床数控(Computer Numerical Control,CNC)系统硬件平台,并基于下位机现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)与ECM XF芯片建立数控系统EtherCAT主站,实现多轴精确控制。该平台上、下位机主控板的设计均采用了核心板+底板的方式,极大提高了硬件平台的可拓展性与移植灵活性,便于维护。实验结果表明:该数控系统硬件平台可以较好地完成电火花小孔加工和圆弧铣削,上、下位机能充分发挥各自优势,任务分配合理,开发升级成本低,系统集成度高,实时性与稳定性良好,具有一定的实用价值。 |

| Aiming at the problems of low hardware integration, poor expandability and compatibility, and insufficient real time performance of the hardware platform of the Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM)Computer Numerical Control(CNC) system, the research team adopted the EtherCAT protocol with excellent real time performance and developed an embedded EDM machine tool CNC system hardware platform based on the "ARM + FPGA + ECM XF" architecture. The platform established an EtherCAT master station of CNC system on the lower level Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) and ECM XF chip to achieve precise control of multi axis. The design of both the upper level and lower level main control boards adopted the core board+baseboard method, greatly improving the expandability of platform and flexibility for porting, and facilitating maintenance. The experimental results show that the CNC system hardware platform can complete well in EDM small hole processing and circular milling, and the upper level and lower level systems can fully utilize their respective advantages, with reasonable task division and low development and upgrading cost. The system has high integration, good real time performance and stability, and certain practical value. |
