| 针对单进气口夹持器只能整体调整压力大小而无法对局部压力进行调整的局限性,课题组提出了一种新型压力局部可调夹持器。通过设计2个主动进气口和1个被动进气口,实现对局部压力的调整;对夹持器在不同初始进气压力下的压力分布和吸附力进行测试。结果表明:改变2个主动进气口的初始进气压力,可以调整夹持器的局部压力分布和吸附力;改变间隙高度可以整体调整压力分布和吸附力;针对不同的应用场景可采取不同的初始进气压力和间隙高度。 |

| Aiming at the limitation that single air intake gripper can only adjust the overall pressure but cannot adjust the pressure locally, a new type of gripper with locally adjustable pressure was proposed by the research group. The local pressure was adjusted by designing two active air intake ports and one passive air intake port. The pressure distribution and adsorption force of the gripper were measured at different initial intake pressures. The results show that the local pressure distribution and adsorption force of gripper can be adjusted by changing the initial intake pressure of two active air intake ports. Changing the height of the gap can adjust the pressure distribution and adsorption force as a whole. Different initial intake pressure and clearance height can be adopted for different application scenarios. |
