| 为探究辅助雾化孔和主雾化孔的出口流速对雾化特性的影响,课题组采用数值模拟方法研究了外混式雾化喷嘴的雾化特性。基于FLUENT软件,采用Realizable k ε湍流模型模拟雾化过程,采用离散相模型(Discrete Phase Model,DPM)注入雾化工质液滴,对空气雾化喷嘴的雾化过程进行数值模拟。研究结果表明:辅助雾化孔出口流速对雾化锥角影响较大,流速的增加会导致雾化锥角增大、索特平均直径(Sauter Mean Diameter,SMD)降低、喷涂压力下降;随着主雾化孔出口流速的增大,喷涂压力持续增大,高压区更集中,压降更加迅速;当辅助雾化孔出口流速小于主雾化孔出口流速时,侧喷的雾化介质冲击比较微弱,无法使喷雾扇面正常展开。 |

| In order to explore the influence of the outlet flow rate of the auxiliary atomization hole and the main atomization hole on the atomization characteristics, the research group used the numerical simulation method to study the atomization characteristics of the external mixing atomization nozzle. Based on FLUENT software, the Realizable k ε turbulence model was used to simulate the atomization process, while the Discrete Phase Model (DPM) was used to inject the atomized working liquid droplets. The numerical simulation of the nozzle formation process was conducted. The results show that the outlet flow velocity of the auxiliary atomization hole significantly affect atomization cone angle. The increase of the outlet flow velocity would lead to increase of the atomization cone angle, the decrease in the Sauter Mean Diameter(SMD) and the decrease in spraying pressure. As the outlet flow rate of the main atomization hole increases, the spray pressure continues to rise, leading to a more concentrated high pressure zone and a more rapid pressure drop. When the outlet flow rate of the auxiliary atomization hole is lower than the main atomization hole, the lateral atomizing medium is too weak to fully open the spray fan. |
