| 为了提高铝合金的成形质量和综合性能,笔者通过同时添加微米级SiC颗粒与纳米级TiB2颗粒,采用激光选区熔化(Selective Laser Melting,SLM)成形了SiC+TiB2颗粒混杂增强AlSi10Mg复合材料,探究了不同激光功率和扫描速度对SLM成形复合材料致密度和显微维氏硬度的影响。结果表明:当激光功率为260 W,扫描速度为1 000 mm/s时,SLM成形(SiC+TiB2)/AlSi10Mg复合材料致密度达到最大值98.7%,获得最大显微维氏硬度为172,显微组织为灰色小岛状α Al基体和连续网络状共晶Si相。

| In order to further improve the forming quality and comprehensive performance of aluminum alloys, the author added micron sized SiC particles and nano sized TiB2 particles simultaneously. The SiC+TiB2 particle hybrid reinforced AlSi10Mg composite material was fabricated by Selective Laser Melting (SLM). The effects of different laser power and scanning speed on the density and micro Vickers hardness of SLM formed composites were investigated. The results show that under the laser power of 260 W and the scanning speed of 1 000 mm/s, the density of (SiC+TiB2)/AlSi10Mg composites prepared by SLM reaches the maximum value of 987%, and the maximum micro Vickers hardness is 172. The microstructure consists of gray island like α Al matrix and a continuous network of eutectic Si phase. |
