| 为了满足不同粉量的咖啡萃取需求,课题组提出了一种结构简单、无传感器、强度可靠的咖啡高压萃取器。根据咖啡萃取的工艺,设计了由磨豆机构、封盖机构、压粉机构和排渣机构组成的萃取器,通过螺杆和连杆的方式传动,提高了系统的可靠性;同时采用无传感器的方式进行限位,降低结构的复杂性以及制作成本;运用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件对结构进行仿真,验证其结构能够满足强度要求;研制了样机,并进行了不同粉量的咖啡萃取实验。3组实验测试结果表明:该萃取器能够稳定、快速地萃取不同粉量的咖啡,实验过程未出现漏水、结构破坏的情况,萃取效果良好。 |

| In order to meet the needs of coffee extraction with different powder amounts, the research group proposed a simple structure, sensorless, reliable strength coffee high pressure extractor. According to the process flow of coffee extraction, an extractor composed of a bean grinding mechanism, a capping mechanism, a powder pressing mechanism and a slag discharging mechanism was designed. The extractor was driven by screw and connecting rod to improve the reliability of system. At the same time, the sensorless way was used to limit the position and reduce the complexity of the structure and the production cost. The finite element software of ANSYS Workbench was used to simulate the structure to verify that the structure could meet the strength requirements. The prototype was developed and the coffee extraction experiment with different powder content was carried out. The results of 3 groups of experiments show that the extractor can extract coffee with different powder content stably and quickly, and there is no leakage or structural damage in 3 groups of experiments. The extraction effect is good. |
