| 为解决某企业压装特殊瓶盖效率低下的问题,笔者设计了一款全自动压盖机。采用超薄气缸作为动力元件,驱动压装平台往复按压瓶盖,实现特殊瓶盖与瓶体紧密安装,确保瓶子整体的密封性能;采用夹具装置和气动夹爪固定瓶体,保证安装过程稳定、可靠;瓶体、瓶盖分别供料,瓶盖供料采用了旋转上料分拣机,当瓶盖到达到指定位置时,由气缸执行推送动作,保证瓶盖输送的时效性和可靠性;试制了样机,并进行了批量压装测试试验。试验结果表明:该压盖机能高效完成对特殊瓶盖的输送、压装,生产速度可达每分钟60个,且产品合格率高达99.81%。 |

| To address the issue of low efficiency in pressing special bottle caps at a certain enterprise, a fully automatic capping machine was designed . An ultra thin cylinder was used as the power component to drive the pressing platform in reciprocating motion, ensuring a tight installation of the cap onto the bottle body and reliable sealing performance. The fixture device and pneumatic gripper were employed to fix the bottle body, ensuring stability and reliability during the installation process. The bottle body and cap were fed separately, with the cap feeding system utilizing a rotary sorting machine. When the cap reached the designated position, the cylinder performed a pushing action to ensure the timeliness and reliability of bottle cap transportation. A prototype was trial produced and batch testing was conducted.The results show that the capping machine can efficiently complete the transportation and pressing of special bottle caps, achieving a working efficiency of 60 caps per minute.The product qualification rate reaches 99.81%. |
