| 针对交变配流泵控缸激振系统难以单独运用泵来调节激振波形的问题,课题组设计了一种交变配流泵 伺服阀串联型激振系统。课题组提出了根据理想正弦目标曲线,采用四象限分区、分段调整参数和相位动态补偿相结合的控制策略;搭建了系统的仿真平台和控制算法原型,调试确定了控制参数。仿真结果表明:该方法能有效调节交变配流泵控缸激振系统的中心位置,且伺服阀工作时基本处于较大开度,节流损失比纯阀控激振系统小。[JP2]该方法在保证了交变配流泵控液压激振系统的高效能优势的同时,提高了泵控缸系统对理想激振波形的跟随能力,提高了交变配流泵的实用性。 |

| Addressing the challenge of independently adjusting excitation waveforms in alternating flow distribution pump controlled cylinder excitation system,a alternating flow distribution pump servo valve series connected excitation system was proposed. A control strategy was proposed by integrating four quadrant zoning, segmented parameter adjustment, and dynamic phase compensation based on ideal sinusoidal target curve. A simulation platform and control algorithm prototype were established to determine optimized control parameters through systematic debugging. Simulation results demonstrate that this method effectively regulates the central position of the pump controlled cylinder excitation system while maintaining servo valve operation at larger openings, thereby reducing throttling losses compared with pure valve controlled system. The proposed approach preserves the high energy efficiency advantages of alternating flow distribution pump controlled hydraulic vibration system while significantly improving waveform tracking capability and practical applicability. |
