| 为了提升永磁同步直线电机(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Linear Motor,PMSLM)在位置控制下的跟踪精度,课题组提出一种广义自适应超螺旋滑模控制(Generalized Adaptive Super Twisting Sliding Mode Control,GAST SMC)策略。首先,建立了PMSLM数学模型,并设计了一种广义自适应超螺旋滑模算法作为PMLSM速度环的控制器,位置环采用比例控制,电流环采用无差拍电流预测控制(Deadbeat Predictive Current Control,DPCC);其次,在速度环加入了负载扰动观测器(Load Disturbance Observer, LDO)进行前馈补偿;最后在MATLAB/Simulink仿真软件中搭建了PMSLM控制仿真平台,并与传统控制方法进行了对比。结果表明该控制策略具有可行性、稳定性以及性能优越性。 |

| In order to improve the tracking accuracy of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Linear Motor (PMSLM) under position control, a control strategy based on Generalized Adaptive Super Twisting Sliding Mode Control (GAST SMC) was proposed. Firstly, a PMSLM mathematical model was established, and a generalized adaptive super twisting sliding mode algorithm was designed as the controller for the PMLSM velocity loop. Proportional control was used for the position loop, and Deadbeat Predictive Current Control (DPCC) was used for the current loop. Secondly, a Load Disturbance Observer (LDO) was added to the velocity loop for feedforward compensation. Finally, a PMSLM motor control simulation platform was built in MATLAB/Simulink software, and compared with traditional control methods. The results show that the proposed control strategy is feasible, stable, and performs well. |
