| 为深入研究双轴螺旋桨叶干燥机在污泥干燥过程中的传热与传质特性,课题组基于计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)中的动网格技术,建立了干燥机三维数值模型,结合RNG κ ε湍流模型,通过导入Profile文件模拟桨叶轴的旋转运动,开展了不同热源温度工况下的数值模拟;模拟过程中,将干燥机内壁及桨叶轴外表面设定为恒温壁面,采用Mixture多相流模型描述水蒸气与污泥混合物流动行为。结果表明:热源温度对干燥效果影响显著,随着热源温度升高,污泥中水分蒸发速率加快,出料口处污泥平均水质量分数逐渐降低;当热源温度由150 ℃升至180 ℃时,出料口处污泥平均水质量分数由31.30%降至25.39%。该研究可为双轴桨叶干燥机的结构优化、运行参数选取及节能控制提供依据和技术支持。 |

| In order to further investigate the heat and mass transfer characteristics of a biaxial spiral paddle dryer during the sludge drying process, a three dimensional numerical model of the dryer was established by the research group based on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) with Dynamic Mesh technology. Combined with the RNG κ ε turbulence model, the rotational motion of the paddle shafts was implemented by importing a profile file. Numerical simulations were conducted under various heating source temperatures. In the simulation process, the inner wall of the dryer and the outer surface of the paddle shafts were set as constant temperature boundaries, and the Mixture multiphase flow model was adopted to describe the flow behavior of the mixture of water vapor and sludge. Simulation results indicate that the heat source temperature significantly affects the drying performance. As the heat source temperature increases, the evaporation rate of water in sludge accelerates,leading to a gradual decrease in the average water content of sludge at the discharge outlet. Specifically, when the heat source temperature increases from 150 ℃ to 180 ℃, the average water content of sludge at the discharge outlet decreases from 3130% to 2539%. This study can provide the basis and technical support for the structural optimization, operation parameter selection and energy saving control of the double shaft paddle dryer. |
