      针对纺纱过程中出现断纱或续纱而需要进行纱线打结时,空气捻接法、机械打结法和缠绕打结法存在的成结强度低、纱线直径变化大等问题,笔者设计了一种基于胶液粘结的纱线自动连结装置。运用SolidWorks分别对工作台框架、机械手、喷胶组件和携纱器进行设计,运用ABAQUS软件对机械手大臂等关键支撑零件进行了强度校核;结合3D打印技术制作了工作台框架、机械手等部分配件实物,并进行了装配和调试。试验结果表明:使用该装置能够实现纱线的自动抓取和连结,将胶液涂抹在纱线20 mm长度范围内后进行拉伸试验,纱线胶粘区断裂时所需最小拉力为1.59 N,该装置运行效果良好,成结强度较高。
英文摘要:
      Aiming at the problems of inadequate joint strength and significant deviations of yarn diameter in air splicing method, mechanical knotting method and winding knotting method when yarn knotting is needed due to yarn breakage or continuous yarn in spinning process, an automatic connection device for yarn adhesive bonding using a manipulator was designed by the author. SolidWorks software was used to design the framework of work platform, manipulator, glue spraying component and yarn carrying mechanism respectively. The strength of key supporting parts such as the manipulator were checked by ABAQUS software. The 3D printing technology was used to manufacture the accessories including the workbench frame, manipulator and some spare parts and then assembled and debugged. The results show that the device can achieve automatic yarn grasping and connection. The tensile test is carried out after the glue is applied to the yarn in the length range of 20 mm. The minimum tensile force required for the fracture of the yarn adhesive zone is 1.59 N. The device runs well and the knot strength is high.
