| In view of the problems of low production efficiency, unstable product quality and strong dependence on manual operation in the current injection molding workshop, the author summarized the development status and trend of automation and intelligent technology in injection molding workshop. By analyzing the application of sensor technology, machine vision, industrial robots, Internet of Things (IoT), Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), big data and cloud computing, the author discussed how to improve production efficiency, optimize process parameters, improve quality control and reduce manual intervention in injection molding production. However, although intelligent technology had achieved remarkable results, there were still challenges in data standardization, technology integration and algorithm accuracy, and the demand for high quality technical talents had increased sharply. Finally, the author looked forward to the future development direction of the automatic production line of injection molding workshop, especially the in depth innovation in flexibility, greening and integration, and discussed how to promote the workshop to develop in a more efficient, green, flexible and intelligent direction through technological breakthrough, with a view to providing valuable reference for the transformation and upgrading of the industry. |
