      为了减少圆纬机的试织次数,解决有经验工人的短缺问题,笔者构建了纱线针织时的张力与工艺参数理论模型。该模型将纱线传输路径划分成4个区域,利用Amontons定理得到不同区域之间的纱线张力传递关系;根据喂纱量与成圈纱线消耗量必须相等才能使针织正常进行的原则,建立了成圈区的纱线张力与喂纱速度、弯纱深度、初始张力等工艺参数的计算表达式;在此基础上,开展了17组工艺参数的实际编织和纱线张力测量,将纱线张力理论平均值与实验平均值进行了比较。研究结果表明:纱线张力理论平均值与实验平均值的差值在±3.00 cN以内,且它们随工艺参数的变化趋势基本一致,从而证明了该理论模型的准确性。该模型为生产过程中工艺参数的设置提供了一种效率更高的计算方法。
英文摘要:
      In order to reduce the number of trial knitting in circular weft machines and solve the shortage of experienced workers, a theoretical model of tension and process parameters during yarn knitting was constructed. The model divided the yarn transmission path into 4 zones, and used the Amontons principle to obtain the yarn tension transfer relationship between different zones.According to the principle that the yarn feeding volume and the loop forming yarn consumption must be equal in order to make the knitting proceed normally, the computational expressions for the yarn tension in knitting zone and the process parameters such as the yarn feeding speed, the yarn bending depth, the initial tension were established. On this basis, the actual knitting and yarn tension measurement of 17 groups of processes were carried out, and the theoretical average values of yarn tension were compared and analyzed with the measured average values. The results show that the difference between the theoretical average values and the measured average valuesis within ±3.00 cN, and they are basically consistent with the change trend of process parameters, thus proves the accuracy of the theoretical model. The model provides a more efficient calculation method for the setting of process parameters in the production process.
