| 为探究刮膜蒸发器(Agitated Thin Film Evaporator,ATFE)刮擦作用导致的液膜状态变化对蒸发器蒸发性能的影响,课题组引入液膜更新频次这一概念,针对刮板列数与刮板转速对液膜的影响进行研究。模拟采用Lee相变模型来描述液膜的蒸发过程;对液膜在相同更新频次下4种刮板列数时的蒸发速率进行探究;采用蒸发环境压比量化水蒸气压力与水蒸气温度对蒸发速率的影响。结果表明:在同一更新频次下,刮板列数为16时的蒸发器蒸发能力高于刮板列数为4时;增加刮板列数,水蒸气蒸发环境压比逐渐降低,壁面液膜分布更加均匀,促进了蒸发速率的提升;增大更新频次,液膜蒸发速率先上升后下降,表明存在最优更新频次。模拟结果为刮膜蒸发器刮板列数与刮板转速的配置优化提供了理论基础和参考。 |

| In order to explore the impact of the liquid film state alteration caused by the wiping action of Agitated Thin Film Evaporator(ATFE) on evaporation performance of the evaporator, the concept of liquid film renewal frequency was introduced by the research group. The effects of the number of scraper columns and rotational speed of scraper on the liquid film were studied. The Lee phase change model was used to simulate the evaporation process of the liquid film. The study explored the evaporation rates for four kinds of scraper columns configurations under the same renewal frequency. Additionally, the influence of vapor pressure and vapor temperature on the evaporation rate was quantified using the evaporation environment pressure ratio. The results show that, under the same renewal frequency, the evaporation capacity of the evaporator when the number of scraper columns is 16 is higher than that when the number of scraper columns is 4. Increasing the number of scraper columns reduces the evaporation environment pressure ratio of water vapor, leads to a more uniform liquid film distribution on the wall surface, and promotes the increase of the evaporation rate. Furthermore, as the renewal frequency increases, the liquid film evaporation rate first rises and then declines, indicating the existence of an optimal renewal frequency. The simulation results provide a theoretical foundation and reference for optimizing the configuration of scraper columns numbers and the scraper rotational speed in ATFE. |
