| 为探究附加弯矩对烧结炉卡箍密封性能的影响,课题组利用有限元仿真分析技术对烧结炉密封结构的密封性能进行研究,分析了附加弯矩对法兰偏转角、轴向位移和橡胶圈接触应力的影响。结果表明:附加弯矩会引起法兰偏转角不均匀变化;附加弯矩使法兰受压侧轴向位移减少、受拉侧轴向位移增加,法兰变形范围随附加弯矩增加而扩大,并导致法兰出现偏心现象;橡胶圈接触应力受附加弯矩影响的变化幅度较小,接触应力对附加弯矩变化的敏感度较低。 |

| In order to explore the effect of additional bending moment on the sealing performance of sintering furnace clamps, the research team used Finite Element Analysis(FEA) technology to study the sealing performance of sintering furnace sealing structures. The influence of additional bending moment on the flange deflection angle, axial displacement and rubber ring contact stresswere analyzed. The results indicate that additional bending moment can cause uneven change of the cylinder flange deflection angle, resulting in a decrease in axial displacement on the flange compression side and an increase in axial displacement on the tension side of the cylinder flange;the overall deformation range of flange expands with the increase of additional bending moment, which leads to eccentricity of the flange;the contact stress value of the rubber ring is less affected by the additional bending moment, and the sensitivity of contact stress to the change of the additional bending moment is low. |
