      为探究实际工况下烧结炉主要密封结构的应力分布规律及密封性能,课题组使用有限元法构建了螺栓连接和卡箍快开连接的简化模型,分析了2种密封结构分别在设计压力下和热力耦合下的等效应力分布规律,采用控制变量法对比了2种密封结构下橡胶密封圈的变形及接触情况,以此得出2种结构的密封性能。结果表明:在相同的压力和温度下,螺栓连接结构中的螺栓内、外表面路径应力变化趋势相反且内表面显著高于外表面;而卡箍快开连接结构中卡箍上接触面路径应力比下接触面路径应力变化更剧烈,并且在热力耦合下卡箍接触面路径应力的变化趋势与设计压力下的变化趋势一致;卡箍连接结构中橡胶圈上、下表面的接触压力均小于螺栓连接结构,而橡胶圈受挤压变形部分的接触压力比螺栓连接结构的大。该研究证明了同样条件下卡箍快开连接的密封结构更容易发生泄漏,为烧结炉密封连接结构的设计和选取提供了参考。

      In order to investigate the stress distribution law and sealing performance of the main sealing structures in sintering furnaces in actual working conditions, the research team employed the finite element method to establish simplified models of bolted connections and clamp quick opening connections. The equivalent stress distribution of the two sealing structures under design pressure and thermal mechanical coupling was analyzed. The deformation and contact behavior of the rubber sealing ring under the two sealing configurations were compared by the control variable method, thereby the sealing performance of the two structures was obtained. The results indicate that under identical pressure and temperature conditions, the path stress variation trends on the inner and outer surfaces of the bolted connection structure are opposite, meanwhile the inner surface being significantly higher than the outer surface. In the clamp quick opening connection structure, the path stress of the upper contact surface of the clamp changes more dramatically than that of the lower contact surface, and the change trend of the path stress of the clamp contact surface under the thermal mechanical coupling is consistent with the change trend under the design pressure. The contact pressure of the upper and lower surfaces of rubber ring in the clamp connection structure is smaller than that in the bolt connection structure, and the contact pressure of the rubber ring subjected to extrusion deformation is larger than that in the bolt connection structure. This study demonstrates that the sealing structure of the clamp quick opening connection is more prone to leakage under identical conditions, providing a valuable reference for the design and selection of sealing connection structures in sintering furnaces.
